Mission Statement

The mission of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce is to promote economic prosperity, serve as a business advocate, and celebrate the achievements of our region.

Strategic Plan

1.        Stimulate member engagement and interaction to bring value to chamber membership.

2.       Partner with local and regional economic development groups to promote business retention, expansion and development.

3.       Effectively influence public policy for the benefit of the local business community.

4.       Be a strong advocate for educational excellence at all levels including workforce development and training.

5.       Proactively communicate with stakeholders to foster a positive image for our Chamber, community and region.

6.       Optimize financial and human resources to ensure a vital and effective Chamber.
