The mission of the Shreveport-Bossier Business Alliance for Higher Education
is to promote economic development by aligning the offerings of higher education with the needs of the business community:

• Increase the educational attainment of Shreveport-Bossier residents
• Enhance the ability of local colleges and universities to fulfill the current and future workforce needs of employers in Northwest Louisiana
• Leverage education to drive economic development in the Shreveport-Bossier region
