The Young Professionals Initiative of Northwest Louisiana, a program of the Greater Shreveport Chamber, is pleased to announce the 40 Under Forty Class of 2024.
“We are thrilled to reveal this year’s prestigious Forty Under 40 class. This remarkable group represents
the brightest, most innovative leaders who are shaping the future across their industries,” shared YPI
40 Under Forty Chair, Victor Thomas. “Their dedication, passion, and trailblazing accomplishments are
truly inspiring. I am beyond excited to work with this group of dynamic individuals, and I look forward to
seeing how they will continue to drive change and make an impact in our community. Their collective
contributions will undoubtedly influence the next generation of leaders.”
The 40 Under Forty Awards honor forty professionals under the age of 40 who have excelled in their
careers, education, professional development, community leadership, and volunteer efforts. One honoree is chosen out of the 40 to receive the Young Professional of the Year Award for exemplary effort in each category and will be announced at the 40 Under Forty Awards Gala on December 6th, 2024, at Sam’s Town Hotel & Casino.
“YPI is proud to lead this program each year and honor young professionals who are making a noticeable
impact in our community,” said Alex Einerson, YPI Chair. “The executive committee dedicates their
resources to make this an incredible celebration for all of the honorees and we are thankful for the
