When it came time to choose a name, inspiration came from Jamie’s mother, who suggested Jolie Blonde, a reference to a well-known Cajun waltz often lovingly called “the Cajun National Anthem.” The name captured the spirit Jamie wanted her store to embody: Southern, timeless, and filled with soul.
Located next to Novus Glass, Jolie Blonde Gifts has grown in both size and popularity. Its displays often spill into the adjacent waiting room, a charming symbol of the store’s organic growth and the strong support of family, including Jamie’s husband, Tim.
